Nathan in action

Drum tuition at NDS is provided by the talented Nathan Bosomworth. Nathan has been playing drums for 16 years and played in a jazz band at the age of 13.

Nathan has been a professional drum tutor for the past six years, starting his career at the now-closed Ripon City Music, where he was sponsored by British drum manufacturer Premier.

He is self -taught, and because of this, he has a great ability to relate to those that just want to learn for fun. Since training with Yamaha-Kemble Music School, he has pushed his musical boundaries to much higher level and is confident he has a little of something for everyone.

Nathan has a 100% pass mark rate with every student gaining a Merit or Distinction. He also specialises in double bass pedal tuition and funk studies.

Nathan has been in many local bands including Premium Trucks, who supported ex-Michael Jackson guitarist Greg Wright on his English tour. He is also a key sponsor for local music nights.

Drum lessons run from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.
